We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Cruise Director to lead entertainment, guest activities and social events on board our cruise ship. The Cruise Director will be the face of the ship’s entertainment team, responsible for organizing events, games and other leisure activities to create an unforgettable experience for passengers
Coordinate with other departments (e.g. catering, housekeeping, and beach travel teams) to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.
Present performances, events, and special programs on stage or on a public speaking program.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests professionally and promptly.
Promote upcoming events, outings and activities to maximize participation.
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all events and activities.
Prepare daily reports for senior management on passenger feedback and leisure success.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Proven experience in entertainment, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
Prior cruise ship experience is an asset.
