We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join our team . As a Waitress, you will provide excellent service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Your goal will be to create an exceptional dining experience and ensure that guests enjoy their meals in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring that special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen. P rovide guests with menu information and make recommendations on food and beverages when needed. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of restaurant and hotel operations is beneficial.
